This confidential project for one of DPR's biopharmaceutical manufacturing clients consisted of a 26,000 SF fit-out of lab and office space. It was a comprehensive, phased renovation project including renovation of NGS, RS and PCR labs which go as high as BSL-2 classification. This included lab expansion blocks within the facility specializing in genome therapies.

Details
The schedule was built around maintaining existing operations while completing construction through five phases of work. Each phase had its own detailed breakout with some phases being accelerated.
The team successfully delivered this facility on time and within budget. This is DPR's first project with this confidential client.
