This Innovation Lab project was an 18-week build-out of 32,000-sq.-ft. Class A office space in the Factory Six03 Development in Dallas’ historic West End. The new office space accommodates 80 full-time staff, including clinicians, customer service professionals, and innovators who use the space to collaborate and develop healthcare solutions.

The project included MEP systems, open offices, collaboration areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and a unique presentation staircase. The finishes include all-glass entrances, glass handrails, a moss wall, fitz felt ceiling baffles, and graphic wall coverings. The shell building is a 100-year-old historical building renovated concurrently with tenant improvement work. DPR and the shell team worked closely to overcome coordination and logistical challenges to reach project completion for both efforts.
