WeWork at Brickell City Centre | Miami, Florida

Founded in 2010, New York-based WeWork is changing the way people work. Entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, small businesses, and large enterprises can find shared workspace, community, and services at any one of their locations throughout the world. These progressive co-working spaces provide offices with glass walls for privacy, inspiring common spaces, and all of the comforts of traditional offices.

This 16,300-sq.-ft. buildout was completed on the 9th floor of a building in a busy and active space within the office tower in Brickell City Centre, a premier shopping and mixed-use development near Miami, Florida's downtown district. Included in the scope was the construction of new partitions, light fixtures, power and communication fixtures, and millwork. It also includes new finishes including carpet, wall coverings, paint, a new HVAC system, electrical distribution, and plumbing. DPR’s self-perform team completed the drywall, paint, and specialty scopes.
