Capital One Corporate Campus Expansion | Plano, Texas

DPR Construction completed a 205,000-sq.-ft. expansion of Capital One's corporate campus in Plano, TX. This expansion brought the overall campus to 1.5 million sq. ft. with the ability to house up to 1,200 employees in the new space. The building includes six training rooms, a full-service cafeteria with four separate themed serving areas, collaborative spaces and game room, as well as more than 550 additional parking spaces.

The campus incorporates space for heads-down focused work, collaborative teaming areas, relaxed areas for impromptu conversations as well as formal meeting rooms. This focus on flexible space is incorporated across Capital One.

“The things that one would see in this building, from a work perspective, would be the things that one would see in a leading-edge Silicon Valley company. We have a great workforce here and in the [Dallas-Forth Worth] area, and then the officials in Plano really opened up their arms and helped make it easy.”
