DPR renovated and expanded local jewelry designer and philanthropist Kendra Scott’s office and corporate headquarters, located at 38th Street and Lamar Boulevard. Spanning over 30,000 sq. ft., this renovation and expansion build-out was performed within an occupied building and included high-end finishes, unique ceiling details, and custom light fixtures.

Details
With neutral palettes and pops of colors, the hallway is lined with wallpaper made of original jewelry sketches to conference rooms inspired by precious gems, with every inch of the space reflecting Kendra's brand. To meet this project’s timeline, we utilized Target Value Design (TVD) to maximize the project budget and completed several scopes of work with DPR’s self-perform forces, including drywall, electrical, and division 10.
