This corporate office project involved a four-phase renovation to the Annie E Casey Foundation headquarters. The first, second and fourth phases added offices and updated their library and meeting space to meet the new office and departmental needs of the organization. In the third phase, the team removed half of the first floor structure, repaired the existing masonry walls and provided a new first floor structure. The new structure created a level first floor and raised the headroom in the basement to allow for a new facilities office and restrooms. The third phase also renovated the exterior façade to meet the new floor level, which contains a new limestone veneer and storefront glazing. This phase added about 7,000 sq. ft. of much needed office space for the Foundation with high-end finishes.
