One Eleven Congress Fitness Center | Austin, Texas

This project includes a 8,530-sq.-ft. interior remodel of existing office space on Level 2, transformed into a dynamic Fitness Area in an operational building. The scope consists of demolition, electrical, acoustical ceilings, plumbing HVAC, specialties, and glazing, elevator lobby finishes, locker room with restrooms and showers, and installation of new doors, frames, and hardware. DPR self-perform trades encompass Div 10, DFH, and Drywall, along with electrical by EIG.
