This buildout spans the ground level of the Cousins Northpark 600 building and includes a complete renovation of the existing lobby, along with the construction of a new fitness center. The design features high-end floor tile combined with architectural millwork and glazing elements, creating a cohesive and premium lobby entry experience for building tenants.
About the Project
The fitness center includes fully equipped locker rooms with tiled showers, custom millwork lockers and vanities and a dedicated massage room. In addition, the open-ceiling fitness area—featuring smart workout equipment—elevates the building’s amenity suite with a refined, modern approach
The project team collaborated closely with the architect and building ownership to deliver a high-quality result that aligns with the vision for an elevated tenant experience. Careful coordination and phased construction allowed for continuous, uninterrupted use of the lobby throughout the renovation.
