Industrious Atlanta Stockyards Build-Out | Atlanta, Georgia

The Industrious Stockyards project, located next to active railroad tracks once used to deliver supplies to the historic Atlanta warehouse, consisted of the build-out of approximately 18,995-sq.-ft. in first-generation shell space for a new Industrious co-working office space location. Industrious is a provider of coworking and shared office space offering flexible leases and private office space for one to 10 people, along with common space for individuals to hang out and cohabitate.

The space boasts many architectural features that relate back to the history of the area, from its 60 feet by 30 feet wooden railroad track ceiling feature to exposed brick, original concrete floors, and natural light with an industrial-influence. Also included are dedicated conference rooms with integrated A/V systems, private phone booths, and various common areas. DPR self-performed drywall, doors, and other specialties on this project.
