Digital Realty Loudoun Exchange Data Center | Ashburn, Virginia

DPR was awarded 37 data center suites including office and support space for Digital Realty within six buildings (A, B, D, F, G and K) on the Loudoun Exchange campus. Each data suite is Tier III and ranges from 10,000-20,000-sq.-ft. with a critical load between 1125 and 2250 kW. Each project also has static UPS back-up and is equipped with various cooling systems. Digital Realty has consistently relied on DPR to deliver each data center suite under extremely challenging schedules and DPR has delivered each and every time.
