The Foundry | Austin, Texas

The Foundry, the home of DPR’s Austin office, is a mixed-use project located on the East Side of the city. The project includes 77,403-sq.-ft., three-story office building and 100,590-sq.-ft. parking garage with three levels below-grade. The project features cast-in-place concrete, masonry facades, bell-capital columns and an outdoor landscaping with amenity space. DPR self-performed the following services—Concrete, Painting, Division 7, Division 10 and Electrical (EIG).
