DPR Orlando Office Renovation | Orlando, FL

Designed by Little, DPR's new 20,000-sq.-ft. Orlando office contains work stations and 16 “hotel” stations. A variety of meeting spaces were designed to accommodate meetings of all sizes and have varying levels of A/V technology in them to provide maximum flexibility.

Project

Details

The main 1,200-sq.-ft. training room can accommodate over 50 people, with a glass wall along the corridor side of the training room that can open further to combine the wine bar area and training room into one large area. The café contains a variety of small tables, booths and a large family style table adjacent to the kitchen/pantry, with an adjacent lounge area for staff to relax and unwind with a shuffleboard table, two stand up arcade games, and comfy furniture with a large television and gaming console. Across the lobby from the main office is the annex area; a designated quiet work area with two isolated phone rooms, a mother’s room, the IT work room, a large storage room, an employee wellness room and separate men’s/women’s shower areas complete with a bank of lockers.

Outside of the office's side entrance and overlooking the existing retention pond, DPR built the exterior pavilion, a 650-sq.-ft. steel structure with a stamped concrete floor. It has two large ceiling fans, multiple tables/chairs, Wi-Fi access and its own stereo system for streaming music. This exterior space provides additional from for working, entertaining, lunch and other office activities.
