The café contains a variety of small tables, booths and a large family style table adjacent to the kitchen/pantry, with an adjacent lounge area for staff to relax and unwind with a shuffleboard table, two stand up arcade games, and comfy furniture with a large television and gaming console. Across the lobby from the main office is the annex area; a designated quiet work area with two isolated phone rooms, a mother’s room, the IT work room, a large storage room, an employee wellness room and separate men’s/women’s shower areas complete with a bank of lockers.

Bringing The

Inside Out

Outside of the office's side entrance and overlooking the existing retention pond, DPR built the exterior pavilion, a 650-sq.-ft. steel structure with a stamped concrete floor. It has two large ceiling fans, multiple tables/chairs, Wi-Fi access and its own stereo system for streaming music. This exterior space provides additional from for working, entertaining, lunch and other office activities.
