Little New Charlotte Office | Charlotte, NC

Little, an international architecture and design firm, partnered with DPR to build out its new 60,000-sq.-ft. office in Uptown Charlotte. Moving from the suburbs, Little's new space will help foster collaboration featuring a three-story, interconnecting staircase and free address allowing furniture to be moved and rearranged based on team needs.

Little is committed to designing environments that elevate the health and wellness of the people who use them because healthy communities are more stable, more productive and more sustainable. Little's new office was the first in North Carolina to achieve both LEED Silver and WELL Silver Certification. Little selected DPR to build out its new space because of DPR's extensive experience building in the 615 S College Street building, as well as DPR's cultural alignment and experience with WELL Building Certification.
