Paying tribute to Tampa’s rich urban musical history, the 40-acre ENCORE! mixed-use redevelopment district stimulated an economic renewal not seen in the downtown Tampa region in years.

Ella @ ENCORE!, the first project constructed in the development, is a 313,932-sq.-ft., seven-story, mixed-use building including 160 senior apartment residential units, associated amenity space, and commercial space built atop a 262-space, 106,711-sq.-ft. parking deck. The fourth floor features an outdoor courtyard including a pool, shuffleboard, and grills. The ground floor features a fitness center, theater room, kitchen, chapel, and a business center, which includes both meeting and office space. There are 5,000-sq.-ft. of future retail build-out space.

The facility is targeting LEED certification.
