California Highway Patrol Stockton Area Office | Stockton, CA

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) Stockton Area Office is the second CHP facility DPR has designed, developed, and built. Development of the six-acre site included the office building which houses administrative offices, conference rooms, locker rooms, a break room, an observation room and a 911 emergency call dispatch center. The project also included a 140-foot communication tower, auto service facility, truck inspection, vehicle fueling and fuel storage areas, and visitor and patrol car parking spaces. This secure facility includes security fencing and gates, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm, and security cameras.

The building achieved LEED Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
