DPR teamed with Nacht & Lewis Architects and Capitol Avenue Development for the design-build of this 18,000-sq.-ft. facility which achieved LEED Silver. Careful consideration of the site layout and grading allowed the team to conserve the proper adjacencies and site security while improving sustainability and significantly reducing site development costs. As a result of the initial planning process, the team was also able to reduce the construction schedule by two months.
