DPR Sacramento recently completed renovations on their new home in midtown Sacramento. This unique building is truly sustainable and is designed for LEED Platinum and WELL Building certifications, as well as being Net Positive Energy. The building is also the first in Sacramento to use cross-laminated timber (CLT). The vision for the project was to create a building that takes care of both the environment and the occupant.
DPR engaged local artists from early on to ensure the space reflected the spirit of Sacramento. The artists helped shape what the space would look like, and also designed the living seed wall and other art pieces throughout the building, including an immersive poem.
