With over two decades of projects on the AdventHealth Parker campus, our team is back to provide a new addition to the hospital.
About The Project
A new 186,000-sq.-ft., seven-story tower will be added to the existing AdventHealth Parker campus, significantly expanding the facility’s capacity. This expansion will affect several key areas, including the Central Utility Plant (CUP), loading dock, emergency department (ED), and support services, requiring careful planning to minimize disruptions to hospital operations. Following the completion of the bed wing tower, phased renovations of existing spaces will take place to optimize the overall hospital layout and functionality.
Our Colorado team completed the original construction of the AdventHealth Parker Hospital in 2002. Over the last two decades, we have completed several renovations and expansions to the campus. We were brought on in December 2023 to support the design and have been an active member of the team since. In January 2025 we broke ground for the project.
