Adam Johnson loves solving complex problems, building strong relationships and helping teams deliver high-impact projects. As Commercial Core Market Leader, Adam helps shape strategic direction to guide projects to successful and predictable finishes. He brings a collaborative leadership style to his work, partnering with teams to clear roadblocks, share lessons learned, identify risks and provide coaching and mentorship. Adam works closely with regional and core market teams to ensure that projects align with DPR’s long-term goals and consistently deliver meaningful value to clients.

Adam thrives on collaborating with industry thought leaders and high-performing teams, all united by a shared commitment to support customers and build solutions that can change the world. He is energized by the challenge of collectively transforming ideas into reality through teamwork and trust.

Since joining DPR in 2015, Adam has worked in both the Austin and Seattle offices. He specializes in complex tenant improvements and is recognized for his open communication style and ability to cultivate lasting relationships.

Adam has led a variety of projects, including ABIA – HMS Host, Kendra Scott Corporate Office, Box Office Renovation and Unison Elliott Bay.

Raised in an Air Force family, Adam has lived in Guam, California, Virginia and Texas. He now enjoys life in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and two kids, spending his free time exploring the outdoors and staying active.
