If you want to learn a new trade, expand your skills or be a better leader, we want to help. We provide access to a free GED program and money for continuing your education, as well as internal training and development programs.
Craft Apprenticeship
Program
Want to work in the skilled trades but not sure how to get started? Apprenticeships help build the foundation needed to take your skills to the next level. We participate in union apprenticeship programs and offer a DPR Craft Apprenticeship Program in our non-union markets. Apprentices who graduate from either type of program receive credentials that are recognized nationwide.

Foremen Development
Program
DPR's Foremen Development Program is a paid week-long training program focusing on leadership skills, safety, project planning and culture. Not only do participants leave with more confidence and a broader network, they also receive a NCCER-certified accreditation in Fundamentals of Crew Leadership.
