Non-Union Employees

For Your Health and Well-being
  • DPR’s medical, dental and vision plans provide employees and eligible dependents access to preventive care and comprehensive coverage for optimal health and wellbeing. Medical and dental insurance are provided by Cigna and vision insurance is provided by VSP.

  • Telehealth via MDLIVE gives employees and their eligible dependents no-cost access to a virtual nationwide network of board-certified physicians, including those specializing in behavioral health.

  • All full-time, non-union employees accrue PTO annually, based on tenure. PTO can be used for any personal time away from work, including sick and vacation days.

    Additionally, non-union craft employees receive 5 days of holiday pay beginning at 1 year of service. After 5 years of service, that number increases to 8.

  • DPR provides up to 15 days of jury duty leave and 5 days of bereavement leave for immediate family members.

  • DPR provides 12 weeks of paid time off to employees who have given birth to a child.

  • Immigration consulting is available to employees who have questions for an immigration lawyer.

  • The legal assistance plan provides access to expert guidance to handle a broad range of personal legal needs, including buying or selling a home, starting a family, dealing with identify theft, caring for aging parents or seeking immigration assistance.

  • The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a resource for DPR employees and their families to improve and maintain their physical and emotional well-being through no-cost professional counseling.

  • The digital disease management program helps at-risk individuals combat obesity-related chronic disease.

  • The virtual physical therapy program includes personalized exercise and behavioral therapy for back, knee, hip, neck or shoulder pain.

  • DPR offers financial assistance for adoption and for surrogacy and fertility (to those on a DPR medical plan). Additionally, WINFertility is available to provide personalized guidance, education and emotional support to employees looking to grow their families.

For Your Future
  • DPR Construction provides employees with a Basic Life insurance benefit of $50,000.

  • Employees are eligible to participate in the DPR Construction 401(k) Plan administered by Vanguard. DPR will match $.50 on each dollar contributed for up to the first 6% of the employee’s salary.

  • DPR offers voluntary critical illness insurance to help bridge the gap left by medical and disability insurance when dealing with a major illness.

  • DPR offers reimbursement of up to $5,000 per calendar year for education expenses for study or training programs pursued outside of working hours that are related to an employee’s work and career at DPR.

  • The GED program benefit offers participation in a GED program at no cost to employees.

  • In appreciation for years of dedication and commitment, DPR provides a retirement bonus for tenured union and non-union employees over the age of 55.

  • The DPR employee referral program offers cash rewards to employees who refer certain new employees to DPR.

  • The 529 plan, available through Vanguard, is available to set aside money for higher education expenses.

  • DPR employees are eligible for home and auto insurance discounts through Farmers Insurance.

  • Employees can use pretax dollars to pay for parking or public transportation expenses while commuting to work.

  • Pet insurance helps offset the costs of caring for pets, including everything from preventive care to accidents and illness, as well as the cost of x-rays, office visits, medications, surgeries and hospital stays.
