West Los Angeles Parking Structure Renovation | Los Angeles, CA

This project increased parking capacity for the West Los Angeles Medical Center by expanding the existing structure by 180,900-sq.-ft. The expansion included first-grade level with four-above grade levels, adding a total of 450 new parking spaces to the structure. The renovation incorporated a speed ramp on the north side to allow direct access to the 3rd floor of the parking structure. This was designed to create a diversion of traffic flow into the main parking structure to alleviate some of the current congestion.
