Complete build-out of the first, fifth and sixth floors encompassing 55,000 sq. ft. Project scope includes functional classrooms, a demonstration/teaching kitchen, an array of carefully designed offices, and diverse versatile educational spaces. Upon completion, this transformed space will elevate the academic experience for students and faculty, ultimately advancing the mission of UT Health. DPR Construction self-performed all interiors, doors, frames, and hardware and utilized EIG for the electrical scope of work.
