US Oncology is the nation’s leading healthcare services network dedicated exclusively to cancer treatment and research. The network provides doctors with the infrastructure and support of McKesson Specialty Health. DPR was contracted directly by the tenant, McKesson, for the build-out while another contractor completed the shell and site work. This project was completed in March of 2018.

Details
This project is a tenant build-out of a 19,000-sq.-ft. medical oncology facility that houses a chemotherapy infusion room, pharmacy, radiation area, and clinical spaces located in Rockwall, Texas. The radiation area consists of a 2,000-sq.-ft. vault with 8-foot-thick concrete walls to house the linear accelerator.
