DPR completed a 6,200-sq.-ft. renovation and conversion of a new Hybrid Operating Room (OR) at Riverside Regional Medical Center (RRMC). All of the renovation work was completed within an active 14 unit operating room suite while maintaining normal facility operations.

Details
DPR's scope of work included: the complete renovation of a space adjacent to the existing OR in preparation for the new Hybrid OR; renovation of the existing OR for equipment storage; alterations to site utilities, ventilation, plumbing, power and lighting systems; and the addition of significant mechanical and electrical utility equipment.

DPR leveraged BIM360 Field for three week look-ahead schedules as well as detailed hour-by-hour MOP (method of procedures) forms to communicate updates on work to various user groups.
