Reaching

Milestones

Completing their topping out milestone in early 2024, DPR celebrated the incredible efforts of our trade partners and self-perform work teammates on the 700 River Residential project, a 43-story residential and retail tower. Despite losing 10 critical path days due to weather and facing wind speeds surpassing 50 mph during the final deck pour, our dedicated and skilled self-perform concrete team ensured the job was completed safely and securely to reach their top out goal ahead of schedule.
