700 River Residential Tower | Austin, TX

700 River Residential Tower is a ground up, 43-story residential tower with 3,000 sq. ft. of retail space in the Rainey Street District of Austin. Scope includes 377 luxury for rent units, 17,000 sq. ft. of amenity space, multiple outdoor terraces, 10 levels of parking, scheduled to be delivered in July 2024. DPR is self-performing the concrete and Division 10 scopes.
