Memorial Cancer Institute | Pembroke Pines, FL

The Memorial Cancer Institute will be a four-story stand-alone building with approximately 121,000 SF. All utilities will be independent from the existing hospital. Programmed as an outpatient building associated to Memorial Healthcare System the facility will house radiotherapy, a hemoc clinic, breast center, and infusion therapy functions. The radiotherapy and hemoc clinic will provide treatment to the occasional individual classified as an inpatient from the Memorial Health West Hospital. The building will be a separated mixed-use of business and institutional I-2 occupancies. The radiotherapy and hemoc clinic will occupy the I-2 classification.
