The hotels combined include three levels of below-grade parking, 7,500-sq.-ft. of flexible meeting space, and a luxurious rooftop pool and lounge, complete with cabanas, a bar and an expansive terrace. The hotel offers a full-service restaurant on the first level and a bar with outdoor seating on the second floor.
DPR self-performed the following scopes of work: Interior Drywall & Framing, Division 10 Specialties/Misc Metals and Waterproofing/Firestopping.
The rooftop terrace includes expansive views of downtown Austin.
