DPR built a new 33-story, 422-key Aloft/Element hotel in downtown Austin, located on 7th St. and Congress Ave. The dual-branded hotel development includes a restaurant and bar with outdoor, street-level dining along Congress Ave. Aloft Austin Downtown and Element Austin Downtown are walking distance to live music venues, restaurants and shops in the city’s renowned 6th Street Entertainment District. The hotels share amenities including a street-level terrace overlooking Congress Ave., an oversized 24-hour fitness center and nearly 2,500 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space. This is DPR's fourth project with White Lodging, a nationwide hotel ownership, development and management company.
