Due to DPR's existing client relationship with Garfield Public Private and our proven synergy with BOKA Powell Architects on the Baytown Hotel and Convention Center project, Garfield Public Private and The City of Conroe awarded DPR the new full-service Conroe Hotel and Convention Center project.

The 210,000-sq.-ft. design-build, ground-up hotel will sit on a 7.5-acre parcel in Conroe, Texas. This upscale and nationally branded hotel includes 252 guestrooms, 41,610-sq.-ft. ballroom, meeting and pre-function space, ancillary infrastructure, and a three-level, 370 car stand-alone parking garage.
