DPR Houston was awarded a new full-service, nationally branded 200-key hotel located in Baytown, TX.

The hotel will include amenities such as a restaurant, bar and lounge, small convenience store, coffee bar, pool, fitness center, and business center. Slated to be seven stories with six levels of guest rooms, this 131,000-sq.-ft. hotel will feature a mid-rise atrium over the front desk, restaurant, and lobby area. The hotel property plans to create a surrounding environment of lush landscaping and outdoor/courtyard spaces.
