This project consisted of a 72,000-sq.-ft., two-story medical center including outpatient services, rehabilitation, diagnostic services, and medical office space. Also included was a physical therapy pool, lap pool, and complete fitness area. The diagnostic area includes radiology, ultrasound, CT and MRI services. There is also a hand therapy center, a speech therapy center, pediatric therapy center, and examination rooms. The various functions are supported by business office, classroom, registration, and consultation spaces.

The project itself represented a hybrid between preventative medicine, patient care, diagnostics, and rehabilitative services. Located halfway between Midland and Odessa, one component of the facility focuses on healthy living with a 4,000-sq.-ft. cardio and free weight area in addition to lap and therapy pools, massage, low impact aerobic rooms and a dance/ballet studio. A dedicated rehabilitative and physical therapy suite facilitates customized plans ranging from cardiac and stroke recovery to simple joint rehabilitation. An interactive computerized system is available to all members where fitness or rehabilitation goals are tracked by both the member and the staff.
