The Granite Place II project consists of a ground-up 150,000-sq.-ft., five-level class AA, cast-in-place core/shell office building on a 2.6-acre site located in the Southlake, TX Town Square. The construction of this project is phase 2 of the existing campus. This project is a sustainable, wellness-focused building with a LEED Silver and Fitwell certification.

Details
Construction of the 150,000-sq.-ft. Granite Place II office building included expanding a five-level precast parking garage with concrete topping slabs, adding 265 parking spaces. The office skin is primarily precast with curtainwall on levels 1 and 5. The building includes MEP equipment, air-cooled chillers, and a medium-pressure duct loop on each tenant floor. Finished areas include the main lobby, a fitness center, and a locker room.
