Project

Details

The design-build project consisted of a collaborative preconstruction effort resulting in a GMP for the core and shell of the office buildings, the parking garage, site work, and the 40,000-sq.-ft. Tenant Improvement for EVA’s future North American Head Quarters. DPR worked diligently with the City of El Segundo for early releases on the site work and foundation permits, allowing the project to move forward while still finalizing the final Construction Documents of the project. The exterior skin is a highly complex combination of a rain screen system with a mix of metal panels and Trespa alongside plaster and glazing systems, as well as more than two dozen balconies with large opening balcony doors for indoor/outdoor experiences within the creative office spaces.
