The Headquarters Relocation remodel and FF&E upfit consisted of 223,000-sq.-ft. of office and lab space for 750 employees were spread over five buildings in their current campus.

The large tenant improvement had about 30,000-sq.-ft. of lab space with environmental chambers and paint booths for R&D labs as well as several corporate departments including; purchasing, IT, marketing, accounting, human resources, legal, operations, customer care and common areas.
