This confidential project for one of DPR’s pharmaceutical clients consisted of the fit-out of lab and CGMP space on the second floor of its manufacturing building. The “development center” project also associated mechanical systems in the penthouse to support second floor occupancy, as well as an oral solid dosage (OSD) development lab, lab and formulation screening center and dry powder inhaler (DPI) GMP clinical manufacturing space used to develop the next generation of critical care pharmaceuticals.

Unique equipment installations included a fluid bed drier, deionized (DI) water skid, dust collection system, misting booths, cyclone separators and custom ventilated balance enclosures.
The team successfully delivered this facility in an impressive 15 months and received national safety recognition under the client's extensive safety program. This is DPR’s second project with the confidential pharmaceutical client and first in one of its manufacturing buildings.
