Confidential Advanced Tech Client Office & Lab Build-Out | Billerica, Massachusetts

DPR completed the fit-out of a new office and dry lab space, in addition to infrastructure upgrades to existing cleanrooms for a confidential advanced tech client's headquarter in Billerica, Massachusetts. The office fit-out included an open forum space for showcasing new products, additional conference rooms, offices and new cafeteria prep areas. The labs house a product development and research space for the electronic departments while the cleanroom upgrades service their manufacturing space.

All work was completed within their occupied facility which required cooperation and coordination of tie-ins and shutdowns. DPR worked tirelessly with the client’s operations and facilities teams to complete walk-downs and MOP reviews to ensure the project’s seamless execution. It was imperative that all work conducted within their cleanroom manufacturing space be completed during a 2-week shutdown period, including the install and rigging of a new autoclave, to not impact their 24/7 manufacturing operation.
