Children's Health System of Texas Plano Pharmacy Compliance Repairs | Plano, TX

This project was an upgrade to the largest pharmacy on the Medical Center Plano Campus. The scope includes replacing equipment and updating the space to bring it into compliance with United States Pharmacopeia (USP) 797 and 800. This pharmacy provides a mission-critical function for the hospital, so a temporary pharmacy was built prior to demolition to ensure no disruption in medication production and supply to patients. The Garden Level Pharmacy consists of three main rooms: Ante Room, IV Compounding Clean Room and Chemo Compounding Room. Because of the intricacy of the clean room paneling installation, end-user coordination of the room was essential to pre-planning and our ability to deliver the project two weeks ahead of schedule.
