What advice would you share with future interns?

Edward: Hi, I'm Edward Grinder. I'm an intern this summer in the DC-Baltimore Business Unit. I go to the University of Virginia. Some advice I would give to future interns is to really lean on your project teams. They have so much information and experience that you can learn from, and if you ask them questions, they're very happy to answer anything you need to know. You can also go visit with your Precon team if you're in Operations. Or if you're in Safety, maybe go talk to the Operations team, or the Precon team, and really learn what it is that they do and try to figure out what you might be interested in.
