Building Foundations Spr/Sum 2013

“DPR’s commitment to ‘Build Great Things’ extends far beyond our offices or customers—we strive to go into the communities where we work and live,” said Peter Nosler, co-founder of DPR Construction and president of the DPR Foundation board. “Through the Foundation, we focus on building long-lasting relationships with local organizations that help kids gain an enriched community experience. Once we select an organization, our commitment is solid and we expect to continue our financial and volunteer support year after year.”

In addition to DPR volunteers dedicating their time and energy to chosen organizations, the DPR Foundation has awarded more than $2.4 million over the past five years to the youth in local communities.

This year, the DPR Foundation is supporting: Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta, Brookhaven Club; Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito; Future for KIDS; Girls, Inc. of Orange County; Improving Chandler Area Neighborhoods (ICAN); John Avery Boys & Girls Club; LifeWorks; Maryland Multicultural Youth Centers; New Hope for Kids; Peninsula Bridge; Roberts Family Development Center; Seven Tepees Youth Program; StandUp for Kids; The Milagro Center; and TurningWheels for Kids.
