Kyle Weisheimer serves as DPR Construction’s National Self-Perform Work (SPW) Co-Leader, where he focuses on strengthening and scaling DPR’s self-perform capabilities to deliver consistent, more predictable outcomes for clients across the company. In this role, Kyle strategically introduces new scopes of work, supports and grows existing SPW offerings, and partners closely with business units to ensure DPR’s self-perform services continue to meet the evolving needs of the market.

Kyle is accountable for driving meaningful, lasting improvements to DPR’s SPW efforts by supporting craft and administrative teams, enabling consistency in execution, and helping teams deliver high-quality work across diverse project types. He works collaboratively with SPW teams and leaders across the organization to align strategy, enhance performance, and ensure DPR’s self-perform services consistently exceed client expectations.

Previously serving as Central SPW Leader, Kyle has supported a wide range of scopes including Concrete, Drywall, Doors, Frames & Hardware (DFH), Specialties, Division 7, Miscellaneous Metals, Earthworks, and Field Technology across Texas, Colorado, and Wyoming. He is known for his ability to navigate complex challenges, support teams through change, and embrace the industry’s constant evolution through continuous learning.

Kyle’s path into construction began in college, when a conversation with a former classmate prompted him to switch from political science to construction management. Growing up on a ranch with a general contractor father, the industry felt like a natural fit—one that blends teamwork, problem solving, and the satisfaction of building tangible results.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, attending his children’s sporting events, and traveling. He loves being outdoors and being out on out the water whenever possible. At home, Kyle and his wife take on renovation projects that often grow well beyond their original scope.
