The Weather Channel Tenant Improvement | San Francisco, California

This project for the Weather Channel Companies was a 16,400-sq.-ft. tenant improvement to the entire sixth floor of a building in downtown San Francisco.

It was a fast-paced project performed by the Special Services Group that included new lighting, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, multiple Dorma glass openings, new high-end finishes and an audio visual studio.

Work included new drywall partitions, doors, frames and hardware, new operable partitions, special lighting, and new sprinklers.
