This project consisted of a build-out of a 2-story, 24,000-sq.-ft. women’s care facility for Women’s Care Florida, a subsidiary of Advent Health (previously Florida Hospital). The project includes space for Obstetrics and Gynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Pathology, Breast Surgery and Genetic Counseling.

Details
DPR self-performed drywall, framing, division 10 specialties, and window treatments. Our capability to self-perform the interior framing and drywall on this project gave us consistent, reliable access to quality, trained framers and hangers that eliminated dependence on over-committed subcontractors in this trade and provide assurance of our ability to control the schedule and quality of work. Self-performing this scope was integral in controlling the schedule to overcome previous asbestos and soil suitability delays and finish the project on time.
