The Willis Towers Watson project was a three-phased multi-floor Class A office build-out including total demolition of two full floors, and an additional floor consisting of 5,000-sq.-ft. to be used as a conference and training center. Construction included high-end finishes, carpet, LVT and hard tile flooring, MEP, café areas, Muraflex glazing systems, and a “Green Wall” in the main reception area.
This project uses the new free-range benching model for Will Towers Watson, where no one has a permanent home desk location - everyone finds an open desk once they arrive in the morning. All personal belongings are stored in individual lockers available for everyone.
