Project Scope

Phase 2 of the 3 phase renovation included a GI procedure room.

The nearly 4,000-sq.-ft. renovation was completed over an active emergency department, and each phase included a separate logistics plan for access and infection control.

All phases of the project were coordinated in and around the active sterile corridor. The scope of work included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (med gas and water) system completion. Additional scope included specified lights, structure to support lights and booms, drywall ceiling, scrub sinks, and casework in room.

DPR self-performed demolition, drywall, doors, frames and hardware, wall protection and Division 10, and all infection control.
