The DPR team renovated an existing space on Level 2 of the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU, previously built by DPR, into a new state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab, including a viewing and control room and support space.

ENHANCED OUTCOMES Through Minimally Invasive Work
The scope included new finishes for the entire area of work. This complex renovation project required work in active patient areas. DPR regularly works on projects with ILSM measures, and the team added care to certain construction activities that may have impacted the floors above and below the renovation. DPR's self-perform work teams completed the drywall, specialties, ACT, and door scopes of work.
