University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences | Austin, Texas

The University of St. Augustine for Health Science is a private institution offering graduate degrees in occupational and physical therapy and an orthopedic physician assistant program. The school also offers continuing professional education for practicing therapists. The project consisted of two two-story buildings housing 80,000 sq. ft. of laboratory and auditorium-style classrooms plus library, research, office and administrative space. Phase 1 involved the construction of 41,236 sq. ft. of office/classroom space, including all site improvements.
