The 13,000-sq.-ft. Texas Children's Specialty Care clinic provides specialized physician and diagnostic care including audiology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, and urology services to the Bellaire area. DPR’s project team accomplished the complete demolition of the existing office space and clinical renovation in just four (4) months.

Success

Coordination with the A/E team was key to the success of this project. Due to the existing space having stacked IT closets, a redesign of pathways and IT infrastructure was required to accommodate Texas Children's Hospital's desired floor plan. Additionally, DPR was tasked with coordinating the installation of prefabricated audiology booths. DPR worked in tandem with the A/E project team to coordinate and validate a seamless installation.
