DPR Construction assisted Sutter Health in a design-build renovation of their 2,500 sq. ft. facility in Castro Valley, California. The project scope included replacing a CT simulator with a large bore 4D CT simulator and replacing a linear accelerator with a TrueBeam Linear accelerator with upgraded shielding. After installing the TrueBeam, DPR’s project team replaced Sutter’s 13-year-old Elekta linear accelerator with a Halcyon and converted a vacant office into a video conference room.
