Somerby of Peachtree City - Phases I and II | Peachtree City, Georgia

Phase I of Somerby of Peachtree City is a 78,994-sq.-ft., two-story, 96-unit assisted living facility, including 72 assisted living units and 24 memory care units. Amenities include full service commercial kitchen with adjoining dining area, library, multiple gardens, fitness room, beauty salon, creative arts room, coffee bistro, common area meeting spaces, resident exam rooms and nurse stations. The project utilized a digital punch system, one of the first in the region to do so on a multi-family project. The digital punch system was used to set up templates for all 21 room types for all 96 units digitally, so that both the architect and the owner could walk the site and digitally place punch items on the room templates. The digital punch lists/reports quickly produced more accurate and detailed lists, which made for a more thorough and complete punch-item free product come turnover time. Extensive site work was done during Phase I in preparation for Phase II construction.

Phase II of Somerby of Peachtree City is a 141,000-sq.-ft., four-story, 101-unit independent living housing facility including nine villas with wood frame construction. Phase II consists of a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, a wellness area, full kitchen, dining areas, pool, theater room, salon, & other amenities.
